Review Policy

I will read and review most genres of romance (except romantic suspense), as well as women's fiction where a HEA is present. With regards to non-fiction, I am interested in the areas of history, gender and race theory, linguistics, sociology, anthropology and global politics. I also selectively read YA, fantasy and speculative fiction, but will not accept review requests for these genres. 

Due to work and university commitments, I am taking very few review requests for the forseeable future. The books reviewed on this blog are largely ones I have purchased myself, although some are obtained through Netgalley.

However, if there is a book that you would be interested in having me review, you are more than welcome to email me and I'll see whether I am able to take it on. I do not participate in promotional events for books. 

I sometimes receive ARCs or complementary copies of books. I always disclose when this is the case, and it does not affect the review a book receives. All books are reviewed honestly and at no point is any monetary or other incentive provided to me.
